Dom Petroff High-grade Norwegian Salmon Roe has a shiny appearance and offers  a mix of sweet and salty flavors that will remind you a little of salmon. Firm and slightly oily texture, but not greasy.

Salmon roe is very good with blinis and sour cream, or even spooned as it is onto buttered toast. A bowl of white rice topped with a layer of Ikura is a meal in itself with perhaps a few pickles on the side.
