Invented by monks, the Pont l’Eveque is made from raw cow’s milk. It rind is a pale pink with orange hues, covered in a thin white bloom. The cheese beneath is a pale yellow, becoming darker as it ages, and its texture is meltingly-soft.
Its flavours are delicate and fruity.
