Dom Petroff is part of a family business that started importing and selling caviar in France in the 1920s. The brand, created in 1979, is leader in caviar sales in French supermarkets such as Lafayette Gorment, La Grande Epicerie de Paris and Monoprix.
All our caviar is matured in house in Paris and hand packed to order after a maturation period of 6 to 18 months. Since April 2008, all caviar must be farmed. There is no more wild caviar available and it takes 6 to 8 years to raise a Siberian sturgeon.
